G.I Connect guarantees the safety of its passengers never exceeding the capacity of each vehicle approved by the competent bodies.

Of the shared character of services:

These changes must be informed until 24 hours before the service start. For any changes in services (lodged) already reserved and confirmed, the passenger will bear the operating costs in the order of: R$ 50,00 per person for shared services and R $ 150,00 for private services or service packages, beyond the eventual costs of the change in the service itself.

IMPORTANTE. The simple act of signing up to participate in or reselling our tourist programs implies that nothing should be understood or imagined as included, If it is not described specifically in the scripts. Promises of facilities and/or advantages will only be valid when confirmed in writing by G.I CONECT.

Of personal documents. All passengers should carry their personal documents with them, including there, those delivered by GI CONECT such as vouchers, Travel insurance receipts and cards (when granted).

Traveler security. The acceptance of these general conditions implies that the traveler, regardless of age or physical state, It is aware that it will participate in activities on land and conditions that lead to risks. Although managed and controlled, such risks are intrinsic in ecotourism and adventure tourism, not being able to, therefore, totally eliminate eventual injuries and setbacks, and that from the acceptance of these general conditions are the sole responsibility and knowledge of the traveler.

The price of the additional seat corresponds to the adult tariff in the corresponding passage, upon availability at the time of the request. The purchase of the additional seat is subject to the same conditions of return and exchange of an adult fare passage. Reservations. Reservations of the services offered by G.I CONECT will be requested by customers directly by email, whatsapp, or through another travel agency/operator. The reserve will be made with the payment of 100% (one hundred) of the total value of the acquired script, as a guarantee for the performance of services. Other forms of payment and installment payment are subject to prior written negotiation.

Cancellation. At any time the customer or reseller agency/operator may annul the requested and hired services, being entitled to the deposit previously paid according to the following conditions:
a) For cancellations with more than 30 business days, retention of 10% the total value of the trip;
b) For cancellations with less than 30 business days, retention of 30% the value of the trip;
c) For cancellation with less than 7 business days (no show), non -presentation or total or partial withdrawal of the services at the passenger's initiative will not entitle any return.

Cancellation on commemorative dates (CARNAVAL, EASTER,es, NATAL, Reveilon and Extended Holidays). At any time the customer or reseller agency/operator may annul the requested and hired services, being entitled to the deposit previously paid according to the following conditions:
a) For cancellations with more than 30 business days, retention of 10% the total value of the trip;
b) For cancellations with less than 30 business days, retention of 80% the value of the trip.
c) For cancellation with less than 15 business days, retention of 100% the value of the trip;

Cancellation of promotional itineraries. In case of promotional itineraries the reimbursement will be 100% of the amount paid, as long as it is requested in a maximum period of 7 Skilled days after purchase. Complaints. Adhesion. When requesting registration in any travel program organized by G.I CONECT, The customer and/or agency/dealer operator declares to know and agree with all these terms general conditions.
